How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Processing times for personalized gifts may take an additional 2-3 business days.
Can I include a personalized gift message?
Absolutely! During the checkout process, you will find a text box where you can enter a custom message to be printed on a high-quality gift card and included in your package.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Please note that custom or personalized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Will there be a price tag or invoice inside the box?
Since we specialize in gifts, we never include a physical invoice with pricing in our packages. You will receive your digital receipt via email only.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more countries in the near future.
